If you are just looking to make a really simple site or even a blog then this option is perfect for you. Out of all the website builders that I list, only a few let you create more than one site when you purchase a package. For example for around $50 at Webstarts you get all their features, but you have to buy a new package for each site that you want to create. However, at Yola for $50 you get to create 25 different sites. So after reading a lot of articles it appears that flash websites can be harder to SEO, meaning the are more difficult for search engines to index making it harder for your website to be found.
